About our process…
Concrete Grinding
We begin by grinding the existing concrete surface to remove any imperfections, dirt, paint, or old coatings. This creates a smooth, porous surface that allows for strong epoxy bonding.
Floor Leveling
Uneven surfaces can lead to poor results. We use self-leveling compounds and expert techniques to correct dips and high spots, ensuring a level and stable base is created.
Seam and Crack Repairs
Cracks and joints are patched using industrial-grade repair materials. This step is crucial to prevent future damage and to give the final floor a clean, uniform appearance.
Moisture Vapur Barrier (MVB)
We apply a moisture barrier coating to prevent any water vapor from rising through the concrete slab, which could compromise the integrity of the epoxy over time, ensuring a sealed structure.
Self-Leveling Primer
Next, we apply a specailized primer that helps the epoxy adhere better to the surface. It also evens out minor imperfections and enhances overall bonding.
Resin Design Coat
Here’s where the artistry happens. We pour and manipulate high-quality resin for a one-of-a-kind, stunning design. Color and techniques are customized to the client’s vision and preferences.
Protection Coat
Finally, we seal everything with a clear topcoat that adds durability, UV resistance, and a glossy (or matte) finish. This protects the design and ensures longevity.
